ReturnsYou have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date that it was delivered. Once this return window has passed, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please inspect your item(s) immediately after delivery to ensure that no items were damaged in transit.
If you need to return an item, you must first initiate the process by completing the form here. Please include your order number. Once processed, you will be issued a return authorization number along with additional instructions. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please see more important information below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your items were received damaged, please include photos of the damage items for faster processing.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This includes:
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 3 - 7 business days). A restocking fee may apply.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
The processing time for banks and credit card companies varies. As a result, it may take a little longer for your refund to post to your account. If more than 7 business days has passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale/Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced and some sale items may be refunded. Unfortunately, all clearance items sales are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com, include photos of the damage item, and we will send you a replacement item once approved. This must occur within the 14-day return window.
To return your product, in most cases you should mail your product to the address on the package that was delivered. You will receive specific instructions regarding your return once a return authorization number has been assigned to you.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs of returning your item. In addition, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you may wish to consider using a shipping service that provides tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost return shipped items.
